To be precise, we are celebrating our 20th anniversary this year. We are looking for an enthusiastic, cheerful, welcoming, and commercially minded colleague at the heart of our organization: someone who, from the reception desk of our driving school, maintains a calm overview of the daily ins and outs of this dynamic work environment.

What are you going to do?

• As Office Manager at our driving school in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, you will be responsible for various tasks in the areas of customer contact, administration, and PR.
• As a host or hostess at our location at Meer en Vaart 162, you greet customers with an open and friendly attitude. You assist them with all questions that come in, both in person and via various channels. This includes the telephone, email, WhatsApp, and DMs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• In addition, you manage our driving instructors' schedules and plan and manage the students' training.
• You also handle the invoicing and other administrative processing of our driving courses.
• You feel responsible for our social media accounts and, together with our external partners such as the digital media agency, web designer, and graphic designer, know how to give beautiful substance to our annual content calendar. Answering DMs is no problem for you.
