Have you failed your driving test four times or more? Then you have the right to take a BNOR exam. A BNOR exam is a special exam designed to help you get your driver’s license anyway. For example, this exam is longer than a standard driving test and the CBR examiner has more time for you.

A BNOR exam is a special exam administered by the Bureau Nader Onderzoek Rijvaardigheid (BNOR). The exam takes 70 minutes, instead of 55 minutes for a standard driving test.
